What we collect
Your name, the contact you choose (messenger, phone or email), an optional note, the lesson you pick, your language, time zone and display currency, and the version of this notice you accepted.
Why we use it
To handle your booking or time request, to confirm or cancel a lesson through the contact you left, and to answer your messages.
Basis for using it
Handling a booking is needed to provide the lesson you asked for. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the separate optional box.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for 24 months. If you agreed to marketing messages, they are kept for 36 months or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your details, and to restrict or object to their use. Write to us through any contact on this site.
Who receives it
Your details are stored with our hosting provider in the EU. We do not sell them. Your teacher sees the details needed for your lesson.
Marketing messages
Marketing is optional. To stop it, tell us through the contact you used and we will remove your consent.
Changes to this notice
When this text changes, the version date above changes too. The version you accepted is stored with your booking.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
