Lessons
Lessons are one to one with a teacher by video call. You choose an available time, send a booking request and the school confirms it.
If a trial lesson is offered, it is marked on the prices page.
Levels
Levels follow the CEFR scale, from A1 to C2. If you are not sure, choose the closest one and tell your teacher in the booking note.
Yes. Choose a lesson type that fits your level and the teacher will plan the lesson with you.
Prices and payment
Payment is manual. You pay after your booking is confirmed. The payment details are on the prices page.
No. Booking a time does not take any payment and we never ask for card details on this site.
Technology
A computer, tablet or phone with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection.
We send it through the contact you leave when you book.
Cancellation
Use the manage link you received after booking, or write to us through any contact on the contact page.
Cancel the booking and choose a new time, or write to us and we will help.
